Dr. Trevor Annis is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in advanced vision correction procedures, including LASIK and PRK. Dr. Annis received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed his ophthalmology residency through the Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium at San Antonio Military Medical Center.
With extensive experience as a military ophthalmic surgeon, Dr. Annis has treated a diverse patient population and performed a wide range of corneal and refractive procedures.
