A graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry, Dr. Dinga has distinguished himself through leadership roles in both civilian and military healthcare. He oversees clinical operations across multiple vision centers, implementing innovative programs that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Dr. Dinga’s expertise in corneal health, external disease, and refractive surgery is complemented by his extensive military service in both the U.S. Air Force and Army Reserves. He holds multiple state licenses and maintains active memberships in prestigious professional organizations, including the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Society.
A recognized thought leader, Dr. Dinga frequently presents at professional seminars on topics ranging from laser surgery to practice management.
