Dr. Shah and the entire team was amazing. From the consultation to post-surgery everyone there were professional, pleasant, helpful and honest. I personally had some extra issues with one of my eyes. They made sure EVERYTHING was right before they… Read More + proceeded with the surgery. I was delayed an hour due to my issues, but well worth the wait. Dr. Shah talked me through the entire procedure during the surgery explaining what he was doing and what was next to come while ensuring me that things were going well and as planned. Yesterday 7/24/2020 was the surgery, and today was the follow up. My vision is already 20/20! No swelling, no irritation and no issues. Just a new and beautiful outlook on life. Thank you Dr. Shah and The Lasik Vision Institute. Not an exaggerated view, just a honest and 100% true review! You guys ROCK!!!michael w.
I'd been thinking about this procedure for awhile. I'm from NW-Indiana and had been doing my research on facilities around me (I don't mind traveling for exceptional results). My best friend had her surgery with LVI 3 years ago and after only hearing… Read More + back from LVI, I decided to move forward with them - I base a lot of my decision-making on previous experience and what friends/family have to say about such experiences themselves. At the time of scheduling, I had an inconsistent work schedule so I knew that would be my only obstacle; however, Kim (Practice Manager / Coordinator), Donna (front desk) and Hala (tech) were able to address all of my questions, console me, and worked around my hectic schedule. They were so understanding and wanted to make sure I was taken care of at an appropriate time for me to ensure my healing process was going according to plan. Procedure and Aftermath: Upon walking into the office on my procedure day, I saw an older lady walking out of the front office doors by herself with sunglasses on and an upside down name tag attached to the left side of her sweater. While she was walking out, she noticed me walking in and was holding the door for me to walk in. It dawned on me and was confirmed that she wasLinda Z.
I feel like I have my life back. Contacts and glasses restricted me. I would have done it as soon as I got glasses instead of frustrating myself for so long.Shane B.
