What is it?

At The LASIK Vision Institute™ we are committed to providing patients with the best possible laser eye surgery outcomes.

Because of our confidence in our laser eye surgeons and the stability of our long-term vision correction results, we offer you a lifetime of commitment with our Lifetime Assurance Plan to eligible patients. The benefit of this plan is our Assurance that if at anytime in your life you need re-treatment to maintain your distance result, you will receive it at no additional charge (subject to surgeon approval). At The LASIK Vision Institute™, while we cannot guarantee perfection, we will do everything possible to help you obtain and maintain your best possible distance vision.

Enrollment
Qualified patients who elect to purchase the Lifetime Assurance Plan are automatically enrolled in the plan upon completion of laser vision correction of myopia and/or astigmatism.

Who is eligible?
Over 90% of the nearsighted population falls within the eligible group: patients with pre-operative prescriptions of less than -10.00 diopters of myopia, and or astigmatism of less than -3.00 diopters.
