Dr. Jensen is a native of Salt Lake City and has been practicing ophthalmology for the past six years. In addition to general ophthalmology, Dr. Jensen specializes in laser correction surgery.
Dr. Jensen’s formal education has been extensive, with him receiving his undergraduate degree and a Juris Doctor degree in law from Brigham Young University. He graduated from medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in ophthalmology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Jensen has been a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association along with memberships in the Utah Ophthalmologic Society and the Utah Medical Association. He is medical board certified.
Dr. Jensen has received additional training and certification in the field of LASIK surgery. He stays on the cutting edge of new development and techniques in this field. He has performed several thousand laser vision surgeries with excellent results and is happy to help you improve your vision.
