What is the Lifetime Assurance Plan?

We are confident in our laser eye surgeons and the stability of our long-term vision correction results, that we offer the Lifetime Assurance Plan. If at anytime you need re-treatment to maintain your distance result, you will receive it at no additional charge (subject to surgeon approval). While perfection can not be guaranteed, with the Assurance Plan you will obtain and maintain your best possible distance vision.

Enrollment and Eligibility
You can elect to get the Lifetime Assurance Plan upon completion of your laser vision correction and upon approval by your independent LASIK Vision Institute surgeon.

To maintain eligibility all you have to do is have an annual eye exam.
